How does it work
Ferromagnetic fluids are colloidal liquids made of small magnetic particles suspended in fluid (usually an organic solvent). Bringing a strong magnet near a ferromagnetic fluid attracts the magnetic particle in the ferromagnetic fluid thus forming beautiful pattern of peaks and valleys.
