Fluoro UV Acrylic Paint

Ultra-bright acrylic paint that fluoresces under Ultra Violet light. Cool! Use it on canvas, or to paint clothing temporarily, a craft project or your walls. This fluoro-coloured paint is brilliant in daylight, but for some eye-popping glow effects, try shinning our UV torch, black-light bulb or large black light on your painted designs. The luminous possibilities are endless. With a smooth, buttery consistency use it to teach colour mixing and about light and fluorescence. What you get

Tube of Fluorescent UV Student Acrylic Paint (75ml) by Derivan. Fast drying, non-toxic, water based paint. Suitable for use on most porous surfaces, including paper, cardboard, wood, MDF, plaster and canvas.

How does it work?

Fluoro-coloured under normal white light, but expose it to UV light and watch it glow wildly. This acrylic paint is energized by long-wave UV radiation, absorbing black light on exposure and releasing visible light in return. You can create some truly remarkable fluorescence effects.

FAQ

This paint washes up in water. For stain removal, wash in lukewarm soapy water. Note: some staining may still occur. This paint is not suitable for use as face or body paint. For permanent painting of clothes a paint fixative will need to be added.
