Safe and easy, Jiffy Juice is a pre-bottled red cabbage extract that makes colourful solutions when mixed with acids and bases. Acids like lemon juice, turn it from purple to shades of pink and red, bases like baking soda turn it from purple to shades of blue and green.

Just mix up the instant powder with water to make the Jiffy Juice indicator and measure the pH of common house hold substances like vinegar, toothpaste, orange juice, disinfectant and soft drink.

And because its an extract, one jar goes a long way. Just think how many cabbages youd have to boil to make this much juice!
