A modern take on the intriguing sundial.

This easy-to-assemble sundial tells the time of day by the apparent position of the Sun in the sky. Consisting of a sleek white flat disc with accurate hour lines, a metal gnomon which casts the shadow onto the surface, and supporting triangles.

As the sun appears to move across the sky, the shadow-edge aligns with different hour-lines. The gnomon must be parallel to the axis of the Earth's rotation to remain accurate throughout the year.

This attractive sundial includes four supporting triangles to allow the face of the Sun Disc to be tilted for various latitudes. Made of strong, durable plastic that is easily fixed in place with the flaps and screws included.

Ideal for use on a sun deck, in the garden and even a sunny spot indoors. Made and designed in Australia, the disc can be rotated to adjust for Daylight saving time.
